Abstract

Application of the industrial pyramid concept from the point of view of data exchange between different levels using different protocols and types of communication together with various devices, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADAs and remote CPUs. The work has been carried out during the Extra-UE exchange program at the PUC Minas university (Belo Horizonte, Brazil).
