"Applying the Dynamic Adaptive Policy Pathways (DAPP) Approach to an Urban Drainage project in the Sømose å catchment in Ballerup/Herlev" Description: The Dynamic Adaptive Policy Pathways (DAPP) approach provides a robust and flexible framework for planning under deep uncertainties, such as those posed by climate change and evolving legislative requirements. The Sømose å catchment area in Ballerup/Herlev faces significant challenges in the coming decades, including structural changes in urban development, the separation of combined sewer systems, water scarcity, implementation of nature based solutions (NBS), stormwater treatment for protection of the downstream Harrestrup a and flood mitigation. By applying the DAPP approach in this context, this study will analyze and simulate different policy pathways using MIKE+ modeling software.
