The aim of this work is to build a framework to find the correlation that the Industry 5.0 target dimensions have on the internal logistic systems. To do so, a Systematic Literature Review was conducted in order to gather as much information as possible on Industry 5.0: the findings led to a list of approaches and technologies for each target dimension that will be put into domain mappig matrices, together with the performance parameters founded in another research on the internal logistic systems. These matrices will be then compiled by experts using a Likert scale which will show the positive or negative correlation between them.
