Abstract
The central objective of this practical thesis is to achieve continuous improvement through ongoing enhancement initiatives and refinement of processes, products, and services through the application of data-driven methodologies and best practices, with the ultimate goal of maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Also automate the factory acceptance testing including motor tuning based on sensor feedback. A growing company always search for new method and talents to implement and improve advanced procedure to improve quality of products and services my role as a mechatronics engineer was to learn the various implemented manufacturing procedures and quality control. Then improve, modify, and generate new products and procedures.
