Abstract
COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the world immensely. With the spread of the COVID-19 virus all over the world, cities and countries had to implement serious precautions. Cities have gone into quarantine, closed restaurants, cafes, theaters and in some cities, people had to stay in their homes. People have longed for open spaces and green areas. After the quarantines people filled the parks and open public spaces. With this pandemic the needs of cities for the future have become clearer. This study aims to examine how the COVID-19 pandemic have affected the daily lives of the people, what current cities are lacking and implement these to find a new way to reuse the industrial sites in Turin.
