The Blédina Business Unit is subject to a major change: the overall process of product development project is going to be redesigned, involving several function of the Business Unit. The Activity Management Team will be responsible for managing the impact of this change on the work processes. My missions in this context: - To support the introduction of a new packaging stamping machine; - To find solutions to optimize the workflow - To assess the impact of such a change in the organization; - To understand the new roles and responsabilities; - To train the line operators around the introduction of new informatic tools.
