Abstract
This study embarks on an in-depth analysis of project management methodologies, as applied to two distinct projects within the Fink organization. The first of these, Robotic Process Automation for Middle Office Funds, referred to as "RPA-MOF," aligns closely with the core business of Fink. It is an initiative designed to automate a previously manual interest rate management process within a banking institution. It includes the deployment of a bot that performs certain operations automatically and a web application that allows for the review of completed operations. Additionally, the web application provides the functionality to manually resolve exceptional cases that require specific attention.
The second, the "Simplead-CRM" project, involves the creation of a platform for retail sales management
