IVECO has introduced a comprehensive proposal aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and achieving standardization, driven by the need to reduce rising operational costs. This thesis examines BOSCH’s response to this proposal, focusing on the strategic measures adopted, challenges encountered, and the analytical framework used during an internship at Bosch GmbH in Italy. The study begins with an overview of Bosch’s organizational structure, its evolution in the automotive sector, and a deep dive into the Perbit division in Italy. It then explores the commercial relationship between Bosch and IVECO, providing context for the need for a formal agreement between the two companies.
