Abstract
The post-war reconstruction process in Ukraine turns out to be a complex task, which also includes the restoration of physical infrastructure and solving the problems that arose as a result of the Russian invasion in February 2022. This study is aimed at exploring the current state caused by the war, methods of reconstruction, different types of Ukrainian families, climate features and building materials in Ukraine. To effectively solve the crisis, a systematic approach to research is proposed, including analysis of the current situation and development design project. The main goal is to create opportunities for affected people to develop their own housing projects, providing a detailed manual for their further implementation, which will take into account regional characteristics and the diversity of family scenarios.
It is emphasized that independent construction will provide flexible structures adapted to various environmental and economic conditions
