This work is based on the integration of BIM (Building Information Modeling), IoT (Internet of Things) and Semantic Web technologies, applied to indoor automation for telemedicine. Originally the World Wide Web was designed to exchange a wide range of information, thinking mainly of human usage and interpretation, but with the coming of Internet of Things and automatic data processing, cooperation with machines becomes strongly necessary. In the last few years has been proposed a new concept of actual Web, the so called Semantic Web. It was conceived for exchange of data and metadata in standard formats, interpretable by both computers and human beings.
