The purpose of this work is to study the demand side management applied to the energy center building of the Polytechnic of Turin. considering the current energy transition. The energy center represents an interesting building as it is a building that manages a very high energy demand, both from an electrical and thermal point of view. The characteristic of this place is that its production is entirely connected to electricity, as it is not only used for electrical purposes but also for thermal services as most of its thermal energy demand comes from a heat pump (powered by electricity) and from the cogeneration of methane thermoelectric plants in the area, which in turn have a close relationship with the electricity produced.
