Companies over the last century have changed a lot, and so has the complexity of their projects and the environment in which they operate. The objective of this thesis is to describe the evolution of Project Management Theories over the years and to identify the most suitable one for navigating businesses through the uncertainty that characterizes today's world. The focus will be on the most fitting project management principles for innovative and rapidly expanding companies with a high level of technological development. In addition to explaining the theory, the author used his recent experience at Tesla to provide tangible examples of how a company can put these principles into practice.
