The aim of this thesis is monitoring of vehicle delivery process and delay management for Finnish market case at FCA. This thesis has been prepared the reason for company wants to overcome order delays and enhance the service level respect criticalities obtained by interview. Therefore, it is developed a Dashboard to warn people how many days left for the next shipment according to Grimaldi Group’s shipment schedule, to prevent the missing of the ship's departure date. These subjects are linked to topic of the job, monitoring vehicle deliveries and reducing delivery delays. This thesis is written thanks to an internship in FCA at Order Management and Logistic Department from October 2019 to end of March 2020.
