Abstract
China's aging population is increasingly serious, has become the world's largest number of elderly population. China has a serious imbalance of aging characteristics. So the aging problem is a serious problem that we need to pay attention to. At present, many nursing homes have been set up in China, but many of them have not played a role. Qinghai province is one of the most important provinces on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau of China. Located in the northwest of China, Qinghai province faces huge pension problems, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1. The utilization rate of old-age care facilities in Qinghai province is not high, and most elderly people have zero recognition of community old-age care model.
