Abstract:

Physical Implementation of Molecular-QCA Technology through the newest nanofabrication techniques: EBL, EBPVD, Etchings, High-Resolution microscopy, RIE, Lift-off process, and TEM. The work explains and discusses most of the challenges of the different presented techniques and it concludes with an alternative process to reach a higher resolution that is the major issue for Organic-QCA fabrication
