A Digital Tool to Support Project-Based Learning: The Case of an Interactive Dashboard for Decision-Making Workshops. Digital technologies are increasingly embedded in higher education, especially in courses based on active learning, project work, and collaborative workshop processes. However, when these courses rely on multiple disconnected tools, course materials, visual collaboration, spreadsheets, communication channels, external decision-support tools, and final outputs can become distributed across separate platforms. This fragmentation can weaken workflow continuity, reduce output traceability, increase cognitive load, and make it more difficult for professors and teaching assistants to follow the development of group reasoning. This thesis addresses this problem through the design, development, validation, and refinement of an interactive educational platform for a Decision-Making course at Politecnico di Torino.
