This study aims at reviving the coastal watch towers of Massa Lubrense, in Sorrento Peninsula of Italy, through the identification of a sustainable path which connects the architectural heritage of the region. This path, obtained with the use of a GIS-based procedure, has been architecturally designed, considering different scenarios that each segment takes based on the context conditions. The route’s signage and furniture have been shaped taking into consideration the common architectural features of the towers, in order to enhance the coherence of the entire project. The towers’ interventions, although varying case to case, share the equal non-invasive, reversible strategy, introducing proper functions to Massa Lubrense, according to their location along the path, as well as their immediate situation in the area.
