Abstract
Advanced validation of Infotainment systems and Backend infrastructures requires intensive use of real-world driving data. To optimize costs and development timelines, data acquisition campaigns are frequently conducted on mass-market vehicles. However, to effectively test components intended for high-performance target vehicles, often not yet in production or available in limited numbers, it is necessary that the collected data faithfully reflect the telematic specifications of the latter. This thesis work, carried out in collaboration with Reply (an engineering consulting firm), addresses the need to anticipate testing phases by simulating the digital behavior of the target vehicle using data originating from the source vehicle.
The main objective was the design and implementation of a central Gateway (Black Box) to manage CAN (Controller Area Network) messages between different domains
