Abstract
This work addresses the capacitated vehicle routing problem in a dynamic and uncertain environment. A modular simulation framework is developed to evaluate and compare different dispatch strategies, analyzing their performance under various operational conditions. Experimental results provide insights into the trade-offs between route efficiency and service coverage.
