Abstract
A Growing number of companies have implemented enterprise architecture (EA) to align technology with business goals. EA is not just about modeling systems; it is about delivering measurable, tangible value that organizations can clearly demonstrate. EA is a strategic framework that helps companies in coordinating their corporate strategies, IT infrastructure, business processes, and supply chain operations to accomplish their long-term goals. In recent years, the focus of an organization's overall sustainability-related topics has changed from cost drivers and compliance priorities to a competitive advantage and differentiation. EA can help in achieving these Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by mapping prioritized business capabilities for sustainability and developing the transformation roadmap that integrates advanced technologies like IoT, AI, and blockchain to improve supply chain visibility and traceability.
From a financial perspective, EA helps cut expenses, improve operational effectiveness, and supports digital transformation projects that give businesses an advantage over their competitors
