In the context of digital transformation, companies have to deal with their outdated approaches. Data management based on spreadsheets or fragmented desktop software often creates difficulties with consistency, traceability, and long-term maintainability. To solve these issues, companies are looking to adapt their internal workflows and information management systems towards more flexible and cross-platform technologies. This thesis is focused on the development of a system based on a Progressive Web Application (PWA) that is designed to optimize and unify operations across all divisions of a large poultry company, replacing a spreadsheet system with a centralized, structured, and easily accessible platform. The developed application serves as a comprehensive, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) oriented task management system: it handles repetitive, process-driven activities, each managed by a defined workflow to ensure consistent and traceable execution across the organization.
