This thesis analyses the introduction of a new ERP system (SAP PPM) for the management of the Feasibility Study (FS) process within Ferrero Ingegneria. The study was conducted six months after the system go-live, in order to evaluate the main organisational and operational effects compared to the previous model. The objective of the project was to create an integrated and standardised environment able to support users, reduce manual work, and improve the traceability of the process. The methodology followed an "As Is – To Be" approach, combining observation of daily operations, analysis of system data, and user feedback through surveys and interviews.
