Rel. Riccardo Coppola. Politecnico di Torino, Corso di laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale (Engineering And Management), 2025
Abstract
The fashion and luxury industry is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by the rise of digital commerce and the need for agile, omnichannel strategies. In this context, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have evolved from being static basis of enterprise operations to becoming dynamic systems for global coordination and focused on customer needs. This thesis examines the implementation of Stealth system tailored for the fashion and luxury sector, focusing on its integration with the module Stealth OMS (Order Management System) and the adaptation of logistics to meet Business-to-Consumer (B2C) demands. The thesis begins by exploring the evolution of ERP systems and the specific needs of the fashion and luxury industry, where rapid product turnover, seasonal cycles, and global supply chains create unique challenges.
Then it is introduced Dedagroup Stealth, a leading ERP provider in this sector, with an analysis into its platform capabilities, including S-OMS and Stealth-Orchestrator modules
