Agile Project Management has become a widely adopted methodology for managing complex projects across various industries, enabling teams to be more responsive and adaptive to changing requirements. This thesis explores Agile Project Management metrics, focusing on their application, effectiveness, and limitations. The research examines key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, customer satisfaction, and cycle time, alongside traditional project management metrics like Earned Value Management (EVM). Through an extensive literature review and empirical data collected via a survey of industry professionals, this study evaluates how Agile teams utilize these metrics to track progress, optimize performance, and enhance decision-making. The findings reveal that while Agile metrics provide valuable insights, their practical application varies depending on roles, industry, and organizational maturity.
