Abstract:

Today the building construction is one of the oldest and less efficient sectors in terms of technological development and in terms of waste during each phase. In this work the focus will be to assess which are the new technologies for the façade of the building. Compare the traditional double skin façade with a green façade, and to have a better comprehension of the future development of this kind of façade with the implementation of grey water management system, and the soil-less solution of moss. This different kind of façade will be evaluated in term of feasibility.
