Abstract
In modern days the optimization of time and performances has become one of the pillars of companies operating in the electronic industry, particularly for those operating in the testing and validation field. Many companies developed innovative technologies in the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to aim high with specific machines, tools and systems able to reduce testing time while also improving precision and repeatability. SPEA Flying Probe 4080 is a complex system developed and produced by the Italian company SPEA that, through its eight axis positioned above and below the PCB under test, is able to perform rapid and precise testing programs, using advanced tools like probes, lasers and cameras.
XJTAG XJLink2 is an innovative testing tool developed by the English company XJTAG that, thanks to the JTAG technology implemented in the current devices and to the several software tools that work with it, can perform specific tests otherwise very difficult in short time and with accurate results
