This thesis examines the implementation of the Sequar ERP system at CRD Lamiere, with a focus on the development of strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the metal carpentry industry. The main objective is to examine how an ERP system can not only increase operational efficiency but also stimulate business growth through a detailed analysis of the benefits and challenges of its implementation. The research problem addressed includes the study of the reality of CRD Lamiere to assess the benefits and difficulties of implementing an ERP, as well as the development and adaptation of production KPIs in the Sequar ERP system to the specific needs of the carpentry industry.
