Task management systems and cloud drives play a key role in enhancing productivity and organization, benefiting both individuals and teams. These solutions provide methods for managing tasks, deadlines, priorities, and documents. However, actual available solutions often lack a mixed approach between them, especially for student's usage. During my Erasmus internship I worked on the Costabex site, a project with the abroad students’ mental health as the main theme and I developed an interactive customized service for student’s life-work management called the Costabex checklist to fill the early mentioned insufficiency. Following digital interaction design principles, the prototype combines a document drive and a task management tool to address the bureaucratic and ordinary challenges faced during an Erasmus exchange.
