Abstract
The thesis is focused around Public Private Partnerships in Italy and countries from Western Europe. Throughout the research work, the business case of a series of PPP cases were analyzed, and through the use of linear regression statistical method, the effect of various potential factors that can influence the risk model of project Concession Periods were identified. The results of this work culminated in two papers, the first already being published in the Buildings Journal (MDPI), while the second one as of this moment has the results of its analysis ready and is in the initial drafting stage. Below is the summary of the results of these two papers: Paper I: "Driving Factors of Concession Period in Healthcare Public Private Partnerships" For this paper, 28 Italian healthcare cases were analyzed, totaling 3.2 Billion euros.
