- PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS OF THE REFERENCE MARKET : brief qualitative and quantitative analysis of the Italian fruit and vegetable market and of the value chain that composes it; - DEEPENING ON THE SPECIFIC SECTOR IN WHICH THE COMPANY UNDER EXAMINATION WORKS: study of the business model on which the wholesale fruit and vegetable markets are based, qualitative risk analysis and identification of demand drivers and key success factors - IN-DEPTH COMPANY ANALYSIS: qualitative and quantitative analysis of the company under examination (strategy analysis, competition study, organizational structure analysis, economic analysis) - SPECIFIC ANALYSIS OF THE COMPANY BUSINESS UNIT ON WHICH WILL BE INTERVENED: reasons behind the choice of this specific business unit, market analysis, customer analysis, the "AS-IS" business model, risks and economic-management analysis - IMPROVEMENT INTERVENTIONS CARRIED OUT AND MONITORING OF THE RESULTS OBTAINED: application of LEAN production principles (focus on waste reduction and work standardization) in order to propose and apply improvements to the entire sector.
