Additive manufacturing technologies for the creation of design compatible with the addition of sensor in the brackets of the 4080-Flying Probe machine. Re-design of the slide axis Z for lighten the component and to add feature for the automatic replacement of the probe. Design of a new PCB to put in the slide Z made with 3D printing in order to be able to measure vibrations and angles to accomplish the predictive maintenance project. |
