Abstract:

The analysis on the trade model of E-commerce enterprises with Alibaba as an example Chapter 1. E-commerce company introduction. Chapter 2. Trade model of E-commerce company. Chapter 3. Introduction of Alibaba, history, development, finacial indicators. Chapter 4. The comparision of E-commerce company between Aibaba and Amazon according the analysis of finacial indicators, trade model and so on. Chapter 5. Conclusion.
