MAGAZZINI. Un progetto di riutilizzo per gli antichi magazzini di Frihamnen, Gothenburg. = WAREHOUSES. An adaptive re-use project for the old warehouses at Frihamnen, Gothenburg.

The initial part of the thesis will be to establish a methodology of qualitative analysis of the city of Gothenburg focusing on the post-industrial area of Frihamnen (Gothenburg), in which allows obtaining a series of conclusions and strategies, for a sustainable urban regeneration and conscious of the identity of the place. Thanks to the first qualitative analysis, it will be possible to project the adaptive reuse of two industrial warehouses within Frihamnen (Gothenburg). The aim of this intervention will be to draw up a mix-use building to establish a spatial frame that will allow the interaction between different social groups in Gothenburg city.
