The main purpose of this study, which was conducted in PARS KHAZAR Industrial Company as one of the most important and experienced manufacturers of home appliances in Iran, is to investigate and evaluate the effects of Total Quality Management measures on Sustainable Development of the company according to the mediating role of Green Innovation variable. The researcher in this dissertation according to the thematic background of the research and also the experiences he had gained during his internship in the same degree and in the same company, as well as through field studies and interviews with managers and experts of the company dimensions such as leadership, Knowledge and process management, customer focus, strategic planning, supplier quality management and human resource management were considered as the main parts of TQM.
