Abstract
APPLYING BIOMIMETIC APPROACH FOR ENERGETICAL RETROFIT OF THE RAI SKYSCRAPER IN VIA CERNAIA 33 The goal of this analysis will be to propose new functions for this building, considering its full potential to be transformed in a multifunctional office. The first assumption considers the purpose of the facility, which will remain an office building of the RAI. The edifice will be first analyzed from a broader perspective, considering its impact on the surrounding context and then its characteristics will be studied. The transformations that have occurred in time will be represented as an integrate part of the study through a chronology of all-important events, since the first concept until the date in which it stopped functioning.
