Abstract:

Taste or Reputation: hedonic analysis of Barbera's's prices. Creation of a data base of most Barbera's produced in Piemonte: prices, objective characteristics, sensorial traits and reputational ones. Construction of a function based on hedonic theories with the aim of understanding which of the traits influence the most on the average consumer purchase.
