Abstract:

AN INVESTIGATION ON CAKING OF AMORPHOUS LACTOSE: This study deals with the caking behaviour of amorphous lactose, in particular of amorphous and monohydrate lactose mixtures, and the caking behaviour of four different types of powders as industrial products under different conditions.
