Thin film polimeric coatings for carbon fiber microelectrodes have been improved for sensing neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin and adenosine) versus interferents (ascorbic acid and DOPAC) with Fast Scan Cyclic Voltammetry (FSCV). Also, nano-structured carbon electrodes have been used for dopamine sensing. |
