Abstract
Energetic and spatial requalification of urban Social Housing for heat resilience in hot-dry climate: the case of Cali, Colombia The argument examines the thermal and spatial deficiencies of urban Social Housing (VIS) in Cali, Colombia, a city characterized by a hot-dry climate that critically impacts habitability. Based on the study of construction typologies, materiality, and natural ventilation, it proposes a set of energetic and spatial requalification strategies aimed at improving thermal comfort, enhancing the resilience of Social Housing to climate change.
