Abstract
Agrivoltaic systems, which incorporate electricity or power generation from solar photovoltaic (PV) with agricultural production, offer an encouraging solution to the snowballing competition for land between energy and food systems. Both color and transparency of partially transparent solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, either crystalline or thin fim not only impact renewable energy yield but also crop yield in agrivoltaic systems. Economic results will boost exponentially when we combine the production of crops and electricity in one land, while the world is facing the shortage of energy and food and reaching the brink of destruction due to scarcity. The effect of the scorching sun is different for different crops.
Some love more sun; some require tempered light
