Abstract
Global development of technologies, AI and Internet infrastructure during 25 recent years, leaded to enormous growth of companies and consequently, their sub sectors. One of the most affected sectors in organizations, are the IT departments. With discovery and application of new tools and approaches in the field of IT, the efforts to exploit the vulnerability increased, meaning trying to access or manipulate critical data including fishing mails, DDoS attacks, try to steal credentials, etc. The threat actions taken toward organizations’ assets became such a bold challenge that Crown jewelry of companies became to the idea of defining an independent sector within the organization (or with collaboration with third parties).
The new defined sector mostly known as Security Operation Center (SOCs in short) has the responsibility of managing the security policies and defining the best structure in order to eliminate threats and vulnerability in such a way that also be aligned with regulations, costs and evaluability of assets
