Abstract
This thesis investigates digital marketing strategies for Rcalls S.r.l., a digital quality-management platform designed to support manufacturers in improving quality processes while also reducing product recall risk and associated insurance premiums. To target a relevant sector, the study focuses on automotive manufacturers and validates this choice using secondary recall data. The thesis evaluates three digital marketing channels — content-driven communication, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns — assessing their performance through key engagement and visibility indicators. The findings provide a comparative perspective on channel effectiveness to enhance engagement and visibility, and offer practical guidance for industrial B2B SaaS providers seeking to optimize digital marketing strategies aimed at the automotive sector or similar industrial markets.
