The aim of this study is to conduct a detailed numerical analysis of the propeller slipstream generated by Voith-Schneider Propellers (VSPs). The analysis will utilize available hull and propeller geometries from existing vessels. The propeller slipstream will be analyzed with respect to its temporal and spatial distributions of velocity, pressure, and turbulence. Additionally, the resulting loads on harbour infrastructure will be examined, as well as other parameters considered significant for the study.
