Abstract
This thesis explores the potential of integrating systemic design, human–machine interfaces, and organizational structures to support the evolution of industrial processes toward more effective, inclusive, and sustainable models. Within this framework, the project proposes a single, integrated system for managing physical and mental safety in complex manufacturing environments, based on the combination of a personal wearable device for workers and a data management and analysis platform for supervisors, aimed at improving communication, monitoring, and decision-making processes.
