Abstract
This thesis focuses on designing and testing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms for next-generation Passive Optical Networks (PONs) operating at 200 Gb/s. The primary objective is to develop and optimize an offline time recovery block for upstream burst-mode operations, which will be integrated into the coherent receiver. This work contributes to the platform currently under development by Huawei.
