Abstract
This Master’s Thesis, titled “Business Case Systematic Development Process: The Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. functional testing facilities upgrade case”, presents a structured approach to the development of a Business Case aimed at evaluating the enhancement of vehicle functional testing facilities and procedures. The study adopts established methodologies to systematically identify, assess, and propose solutions for optimizing testing processes, ensuring alignment with Business objectives and performance Metrics. The Business Case was developed during a six-month curricular Internship at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. (November 2022 – May 2023), subsequently extended through a leasing contract until April 2024 referring to a different role within the Company.
