This thesis presents a novel Graphical User Interface (GUI) designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of network capacity management. The proposed GUI focuses on enhancing the overall user experience, improving usability, and streamlining interactions with automated processes that were implemented to reduce manual workflows, which had become unsustainable due to the rapid growth of global internet traffic demand, primarily driven by increasing customer usage. This research investigates the design and development of the GUI and how it addresses technical impediments. The proposed solution is evaluated and compared with the manual approach, demonstrating its ability to simplify capacity management for network engineers and reduce friction throughout the process.
