Abstract
In an era where data security is an indispensable priority, the evolution of security protocols is crucial to ensure the protection of digital communica- tions. This study focuses on integrating post-quantum solutions into the Transport Layer Security (TLS) security protocol to mitigate vulnerabilities associated with the advent of quantum computers that could lead to the break of our security protocols. The TLS protocol represents a critical standard for ensuring confiden- tiality and integrity of communications over the Internet. However, its ro- bustness has been questioned by the increasing computing power of quantum computers, which could compromise the cryptographic algorithms tradition- ally used by TLS.
This research work proposes an innovative modification of the TLS hand- shake algorithm, introducing post-quantum cryptography mechanisms to ensure enhanced security in the era of quantum computers
