Abstract:

This work presents the fabrication and characterization of innovative organic piezoelectric nanomaterials, specifically nanotubes and nanoparticles, for biomedical applications. We demonstrate their efficacy in activating human neural stem cells, inducing in vitro anticancer effects on patient-derived glioblastoma cells, and performing preliminary in vivo tests in an in ovo model bearing glioblastoma spheroids.
