Abstract:

This thesis project focuses on the optimization of a polysaccharide and protein-based ink for 3D bioprinting, aiming to create an in vitro model of skeletal muscle tissue. Additionally, nanofiber production was carried out to mimic the anisotropy and conductivity of native skeletal muscle tissue. This work was part of BIORECAR ERC project (contract nr: 772168, www.biorecar.polito.it)
